Hired Attorney Jonathan Neill

Jon partnered with my other attorney to represent me in a USERRA case and the outcome was excellent. The representation I had from Jon was amazing. I never felt that he was working for anyone but me. I never worried about fees and when I received the final statement of fees I was shocked at how fair he was. Jon is the kind of attorney all others should strive to copy for his integrity and honesty is without reproach.

She mislead me, Washington does not make you sell a Homestead to pay back creditors when a parent dies. made me do all her leg work. and when i made a payment that was clearing up my bill, catching up my bill with her she dropped me. She was cool with the P of A for my father...but gave no help to me, except that I had to sell everything, and pay her first.....

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
