Pro: Cheap. Con: You get what you pay for! Poor planning. Disregarded client input and thoughts, including desire to testify. This not just a disgruntled client but the feedback of others present. Basically, present to receive a paycheck. Best to seek the services of an attorney who seeks to represent you vs an attorney who avoids and does not meet with you until the day of the trial and did not prepare for the case on any level. Better to pay for quality than an attorney milking clients for a payoff!
