This Lawyer has no concept of compassion for the victims. Does not know judicial rules or procedures. John McKay was more making sure the opposition lawyer didn't look stupid, more so than winning a case. The Indiana BAR needs to revoke his license. The BAR Association needs to reprimand him for not following judiciary rules 11 and 26. When ask to file an appeal John McKay ran scarred because he was as much at fault as the judge and opposing counsel. The law firm of Hicham and Lorenz are just as responsible because they let this incompetent person practice law under their name. Arbitration was also compromised by the arbitration judge leaked out my confidential letter of cause. Affecting my arbitration results in a negative mannor.
