Todd Russell joined Holcombe Bomar in 2016 after several years with a litigation firm in Columbia, South Carolina. His practice focuses on civil litigation and includes medical malpractice, health care law, insurance litigation, business litigation, governmental litigation, and appellate law. Todd Russell has tried numerous cases in courts throughout the state. Todd also represents clients in business formations and transactions.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Todd Russell served in the U.S. Army as a Captain of Field Artillery. In 2003 and 2004, he deployed to Iraq with the Third Cavalry Regiment and led a platoon of scouts and forward observers in combat operations. Before returning to South Carolina to attend law school, Todd served with the Colorado Springs Fire Department as a firefighter, emergency medical technician, and high-angle rescue technician.
Todd Russell grew up in Greer, South Carolina, and lives in Spartanburg with his wife, Schelyn, and their four young children.
