Hired Attorney E. Schultz

Was very thankful to find Mr Schultz for my defense against horrible false allegations towards a child. I felt him to be a true friend, Christian, and family man. He agreed to a set price for my case even though we never expected 2.5 years until it was dismissed, but he kept his end of the bargain and was always there whenever we needed him. Great attorney, but highly disappointed in the guilty until proven innocent mentally of the County. They very much enjoy their Securus Technologies dealings and jail business. But if you need a truly caring attorney that will work hard for you, you can’t go wrong! 10 out of 10! God bless

This man is the best lawyer in Upstate! Anything that could be done.. Josh will do it and make it look so easy. Can’t thank him enough and I 10/10 recommend!

Hired Attorney E. Schultz

Hired Josh based on a recommendation from another attorney. Josh is able to communicate what he “can” do in court however; once in court he will not say a word and allow the prosecutor to pain the worst picture of you to the judge. Went back to court with original attorney and won my request. Great talker, expensive but would not recommend nor hire again.

Worst lawyer, overcharged me and did nothing to represent me. Worst person i have ever met. He never informeded of court dates. He sent my calls to voice mail. Never told me what his agenda was. Don't hire this lawyer.
