Sam Bass has a heart for service and a diverse educational background. In addition to his Bachelor’s from Washington & Lee University and law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, he was awarded a full scholarship by the Ministry of Education to study Chinese at National Taiwan University and spent time teaching English to preschoolers there. It’s this well-rounded experience and skill as a communicator that makes him so successful.
