Hired Attorney

The worst public defender/lawyer in S.C . He came one time to see my friend in jail did not even know what he was being charged with. My friend is still sitting in jail 155 days after arrest and can not even get a bond hearing because Mr.Robin Clark File will not even advocate or show up in court for his client. He has sent at least 5 letters to the court requesting to speak with him and be present in court but no response.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
