Walker has been practicing law for more than 10 years, representing more than 100 individual and corporate clients in all aspects of civil litigation with a specific focus on: medical malpractice; product liability; business and commercial litigation; construction litigation; personal injury; government defense; asbestos litigation; general negligence; and premises liability.
While attending the University of South Carolina Honors Colleges on a full academic scholarship, Walker worked in the Lieutenant Governor’s Office and the South Carolina Senate Clerk’s Office. While in law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Law and Business, the Honor Council, and the International Law Society (Vice President).
Walker also completed course work in transnational dispute resolution at The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn (London, England) and clerked for the Office of General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Washington, DC).
Walker was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina and lives in Spartanburg with his wife, Davis, and their daughter, Boyd. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing tennis, having been a member and team captain of multiple 3.5 and 4.0-ranked USTA teams. He is fluent in French, having lived, studied, and worked in France for seven years. He is on the Board of Directors for Safe Homes Rape Crisis Coalition.
