He reviews all the paperwork of what he's dealing with he stands for justice and what's right and if you have your paperwork and evidence explaining your case of how you were wronged he will uphold the justice to the corrupt system that is against your civil rights he is righteous and upholds his oath of honor
I have never had a worse experience with any attorney in my life. From the very first day that Mr. Hayes was appointed to my case, he has shown absolutely no willingness to communicate, meet, or represent me in any meaningful way. He scheduled multiple meeting times and locations himself, and then never showed up to a single one of them. He even scheduled phone calls and failed to answer or return them. In the entire time he has been my attorney, we have never met in person, and he has made no effort to discuss my case or prepare any kind of defense. I repeatedly tried to reach him, and he simply ignored me. When I finally told him that I planned to report his conduct to the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, his response was not to fix the issue, but to tell me he was filing a motion to withdraw. In my personal opinion, based on my direct experience, he does NOT care for clients or his responsibilities as an attorney. From reading the other reviews, everyone agrees.
A sorry excuse for an attorney does not communicate with client does not talk to you on court day does not open his mouth to say anything when asked if he wants to cross-examine says no. sorry excuse for an attorney no good if you want to lose your case hire him.
He doesn't work for his clients. He doesn't return phone calls or messages in a timely manner. Mr. Hayes doesn't explain what's going on. He is never available to meet up. Mr. Hayes also doesn't say anything in court. We had talked about doing one thing at my hearing and he while there he acted like he didn't have any idea of what was going in. He just doesn't care. He is a sorry excuse for an attorney.
