Hired Attorney

He was always there when needed. My case was postponed several times due to lack of evidence and he was able to get the charges dismissed.

Hired Attorney

Stay as far away from this attorney as possible. He’s a thief. He doesn’t remember anything and he will sandbag your case. This is not the George Daggett we all grew up hearing about he’s a senile old man who can’t comprehend anything email or a conversation. He will not help your case and only hurt your case. I’m filing grievances on him and notifying the bar of his practices and violations. He thinks he’s untouchable in Sussex County. He’s not. Do not hire him for your case and if is already on your case get his cognitive abilities checked out. You’re better off representing yourself than with him. He’s just out to steal your money. He’s an ambulance chaser in his old age. He can’t see, he can’t read and he can’t even remember your case.
