I was in the middle of a difficult divorce when I was hit by a distracted driver. It was almost a year of hounding him for info before he settled my sons part and he got a fraction of what we were told. Mine was also settled for much less than he had told me was normal and Now my medical bills have gone to collection! I know he kept enough out of the settlement to pay them but did not follow through so now I am Left to figure out how to do that on top of starting my life over from a divorce. DO NOT HIRE Kyle Dart from Dart/Wise!!!!
Kyle Dart. I don’t even know where to begin. I have absolutely nothing good to say about Kyle Dart! He takes advantage of parents fighting for their children. Do not pay him! Do not hire him! It actually looks like he is no longer practice family law. THANK GOD!!! I would not hire him for any representation for anything!!!
Hiring Kyle Dart was my first mistake. At least he gave me and my wife (girlfriend) at the time half of our retainers back. The only little, decent thing he did the whole time while supposedly working for me! Do not hire Kyle Dart for anything!
