This law firm was hired and did not provide services comparable to the amount that was paid $5,000. This was a probate and fraud case, whereas I needed to be named executor and The Lyons Law Firm (Theresa Corinne B. Lyons) guidance with the process was not aligned with the standards. In fact, due to her poor performance caused me to not regain access to property that needed to be probated. Going into this case this attorney knew the situation. Several months later, I contacted her to finally complete the probate, she expected another $4,000. Now remind you I had placed $5,000 deposit, she did file documentation with the court, and she sent a letter to the opposing party, and speaking to me on the phone and doing research (I DID ALL research) is not valued at $5,000. Now her firm sits inside of Chicago Title, so one would expect that if there was a probate house title issue she would know, but that was not the case. In my personal experience and perception.
