An absolute nightmare attorney and paralegal. It was the worst experience of my life using them for my divorce. Run, as fast as you can, from this firm. Your money will be taken but no real services performed. If you enjoy running in circles, being ignored, and having money taken for services not rendered, then Rick Mitchell is the guy for you.
I didn't hire Rick Mitchell but rather he hired my firm to produce marketing material for him. Once the work was completed as per his specifications he refused to pay. I too found him to be elusive. He was impossible to reach by phone and would not return email. When I told him he left me with no other option then to take him to court, he laughed and encouraged me to do so. I posted this up because I think it speaks volumes regarding his character. He's unbelievably unprofessional and arrogant
Don't waste your hard earned money hiring Rick Mitchell, I think Ms. Mir is also very elusive - he is unresponsive, his staff lies about where he is, he is he very rarely returns calls or emails, when it comes down to getting your case handled he is unorganized, complains that he should have never taken your case and folds under pressure...there are plenty of other attorneys out there that can do your legal case professionally and in a well communicated and organized manner, this firm is not one
