Completely Unprofessional & Aggressive! Mr. Heeran was referred to us by the CT Legal Services. When we inquired on his ability to assist us with serious mold & pest issues in a housing complex, he continued to badger us with with questions we could not answer. My girlfriend attempted to answer his questions. He would, however, continue to dismiss her and interject without allowing her to explain her situation in more detail. He then requested an amount of money to provide a service and went on to state if funds were not immediately available, he could not help. His legal advice was "just move". His aggressiveness was so severe it cause my girlfriend to cry. Never have we experienced a professional be so heartless and show no empathy to a person needing help.
