Attorney Mazzaccaro helped me close on my first home yesterday. When I was calling around getting quotes from different lawyers, I could tell right away when we first spoke that he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining the details of the process. In the weeks leading up to closing, he and his paralegal, Brigitte, did amazing work handling all of the documents and tasks that needed to be completed. They were very responsive and easy to get a hold of when I had a question. During the closing itself, Attorney Mazzaccaro was extremely thorough and detail-oriented when it came to reviewing all the documents and telling me what I was signing before I signed it. I never doubted for a moment that I was in the most capable hands with him and his team. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat, especially for real estate matters and home closings.
Mr Mazzaccaro was incredible at guiding us through the closing of our home of 15 years. Realtors had various issues and documents and Joe reviewed all of them letting us know what we should or should not sign. He guided us through inspection questions, and took care of everything. Even coordinated with the brokers . He responded when we called and gave us good guidance. Highly recommend. June 2022
Working with this lawyer was a headache. He’s very rude and didnt answer questions that we had. Being that this was our first time buying a home And there was a lot that we wanted clarified. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer to close on real estate.
The most unprofessional lawyer. Joe is unresponsive, rude and sounds like he is angry all the time. Even if the service was free, I would not work with him. There are many great lawyers out there and this is not one of them.
