About Jeffrey S. Kirschner

I have been representing disabled individuals since clerking after my first year in Law School in 1992. My practice for over the past 25 years has been dedicated to fighting the government, employers, and insurance companies. My workers' compensation practice has covered the entire state of Michigan while my social security practice has incorporated the entire state as well as individuals in numerous other states (including Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, and South Carolina). Hired Attorney Jeffrey S. Kirschner

Attorney Kirschner took my case when other lawyers would not, because I had an attorney before I took my case to the Federal Court. The previous attorney told me that my case was not strong enough to take to the Federal Court. I filed my case in the Federal court with no attorney and my case was ruled wrongfully denied by social security. The Case was sent back to social security for a hearing. I called so many attorneys and law firms and they would tell me to go back to the first attorney.
