Hired Attorney

Jared did a phenomenal job for us in two separate instances relating to real estate and property tax appeal law. In 2014, he successfully navigated us through our property tax appeal. Then, in 2016, he corrected an administrative difficulty involving our Notice of Assessment, Taxable Valuation, and Property classification. He filed a Tax Tribunal appeal, represented us at a Board of Review appeal, and arranged for the City assessor to draw up a stipulation agreeing to recap our taxable value.
