Attorney Ron Scott was utmost professional and very compassionate about the case. We have used Attorney Scott for our needs which consisted of three part court appearances. Attorney Scott won all three of the different stages of the proceedings for our case. Attorney Scott was prepared with all document and evidence to present to the Judge. Attorney Scott's staff were very understanding during this time and were top of the line for receiving and returning calls and emails. Attorney Scott is on top of the scale for Attorneys in our area and North Carolina.

I interviewed several lawyers before I hired Mr. Scott and even tho I was skeptical he earned my trust with his knowledge and work ethic. My case lasted for two and a half years and honestly earlier on I was losing my mind because I felt things weren’t moving fast enough. Mr. Scott told me to quit worrying, that he would take care of it. The next week he made moves to show me he is the real deal so I believed in him. Yeah it took awhile but he got me more than I was asking for. If your a father fighting for custody and feel like you don’t stand a chance, give Mr. Scott a chance then just sit back and watch everything come together. Court is stressful and I can honestly say hiring Ron made things alot easier. My advice to a future clients is, be patient and believe in Mr. Scott and his staff.

I retained Ron when I randomly got served for custody. I was absolutely terrified and was probably one of his clients that called the most. I was always met with solutions. Him and the ladies in the office did everything they could. There is never a win in custody court but he made sure we got the best arrangement we could ask for. As a defendant, not only did Ron to handle my divorce, but he also successfully negotiated my child custody and child support case against a very uncooperative and difficult plaintiff. Ron was able to arrange a more than fair visitation schedule and a reasonable child support amount, more importantly, he was able to stipulate terms and conditions to the benefit of my children.
