I would recommend Paul to anyone. He is extremely knowledgable and an extremely hard worker. He went above and beyond for me to get the best deal possible. I was extremely happy with his work. I was also impressed by the fact that he seemed to know everyone. I got a great deal and I don't think that I could have gotten it without his assistance.
She has always represented me with great ability and understanding.
Mr. Rogosheske has valuable experience and knowledge. I highly recommend him and have to others. In fact, one gentlemen I told of Mr. Rogosheske hired him as his lawyer and he won his case for him.
I called to hire him , but no monthly payment plan , and basically told me no money no help. I wanted to put 1,000 and a 1,000 a month . Hearing not until June 5, 2024. His tone was all about the money. Would not hire him just based on this alone . Too bad .
It was bad enough what I was going through, and made it even worse hiring Paul ROGOSHESKE as my attorney. I was recommended to him by a friend who had used him 12 years ago and knew some other people who had used him too. I thought because what I paid I was going to get top help, but what I got was someone who couldn’t remember the details of my case, my profession, my age, to be honest I’m surprised he remembered my name. I’m sure his secretary reminded him. He made it more stressful dealing with him than the courts. I’m not sure if it’s age, and his mind deteriorating, or if he’s just at a point where he’s going through the motions, but he did absolutely nothing for me, but add more stress, and cost with no value. I would definitely not recommend using him!!! Maybe at one point in his career he was good, but I think it’s time to retire.
Please learn from my terrible mistake and do not use this law firm. Alex is young, unexperienced, arrogant and screwed me over as a client. He misplaced paperwork, does not return calls and twice asked me if I "was Earl's wife." I am not/ nor have I ever been Earl's wife. He was constantly mixing up my case with others. He made a major decision in my case without even speaking to me first. I'm not sure what he did can even be undone by another attorney. Please take my advice, I'm now out over $7000.
Overpriced for the attention you receive. 3 court dates were scheduled and he sent someone else for 2 of them. Provided bad information to client that caused further legal issues. Does not respond to phone calls in a timely manner. Not worth the money he charges.
