My Father passed hence this was an emotional & heart breaking time. My step bothers & stepsister had control of my Dads wife (their mother) along with all aspects of my Fathers life--- his finacial affairs etc. Given the nastiness experienced with the stepside of this family I had no desire to attempt communication in retrieving a shotgun that my father wxpressly wished for me to have should he pass. I had joined a womesn trap legue 2 years prior & we would pass the shotgun back & forth from Mn to whre I live in Wisco! I reached out to Attorney John Worrell who could NOT have been more compassionate, supportive, measured, explanitory or kind! He interceded on my behalf & after the many endless lies about the location or existence of my fathers shotgunend ---at the end of the day I did indeed take possession of my Dads 70 year old antigue shotgun. The butt was smashed by the one step brother however it is now as good as new! Thanks to Attorney Worrell... Thank you good sir!

John Worrell was clear on how he could help, how he would proceed and how much I could expect it to cost. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and the bill was less than he projected. He was prompt in relaying information and responding to questions. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction and simply having him in my corner was reassuring. I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney John P. Worrell

John Worrell missed a deadline for an appeal that cost me more than $200,000. When you pay an attorney, you expect them to follow through and do their job. He had his response and the paperwork done before the deadline so there is no excuse. I have often wondered if he did this on purpose as a favor for one of the opposing attorneys or for the judge that had the case. Worrell should have at least reimbursed me for everything I had paid to him. He sent me a letter afterward admitting to missing the deadline and said that I may have a case against him. Well then pay me what I lost.

John has been extremely slow to return even simple phone calls...almost resentful in my opinion. This take is shared equally by my partner. We have had to address changes in our wills and as Hoene -Worrell handled the original wills it made sense. Thus far we both are disappointed in his snail's pace responses, only evoked once my partner or I have called again to get desired information Some years back I also had Hoene-Worrell handle my mother's probate. That went well but the price I was quoted by Robert Hoene was overrun by John and when I protested he seemed upset with me. I did get Bob to verify the original quote. We are now awaiting a needed response to a final question before we submit/mail our background information John requested.

*** WARNING ****NEVER HIRE THIS MAN. HE'S UNRESPONSIVE, DID NOTHING ON MY SON'S PROBATE CASE. HIS BILLING DOESN'T EVEN MATCH UP TO DATES HE SENT AN EMAIL OR THE 3 PHONE CALLS... MONTHS WENT BY WITH ME CALLING EMAILING TEXT MESSAGING WITH ZERO RESPONSE UNTIL I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE HE WAS FIRED!!! NOW IM READY TO MOVE FORWARD AND HE IS REFUSING TO GIVE MY NEW ATTORNEY THE FILE THAT CONTAINS SIGNED TITLES AND RECEIPTS EVERYTHING!!! WORST ATTORNEY EVER!!! DID I MENTION NOW ALL HIS PHONE NUMBERS ARE DISCONNECTED? I WAS SCAMMED BY THIS MAN AT THE MOST HORRIBLE TIME OF MY LIFE!!!! IF YOU HIRE HIM YOU WILL BE SORRY!! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS MAN TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION!!!
