I only heard good things about FNM and I was not disappointed in their service. Dave MacCartney is an excellent lawyer who took my case to heart. My settlement was 5 years in the making and he never let up. He always kept me in the loop as my case was progressing. He was very detailed and organized throughout the whole process. I recommend t Dave as well as his entire practice.

Ours was/is a very unique case of Civil Litigation/Rights related to a religious institution. We, the local Community of Suffern, NY is the weaker party and the opposition, invaders of the of our Community Property are the stronger party especially when it come to finances. We would NOT stand a chance if it wasn't for Mr. Dennis Lynch. We, the community have found him to be courteous, professional, knowledgable and above all, compassionate. If you hire this firm, you will be in good hands.

I was recently wrongfully arrested by Suffern PD. I do NOT blame the Suffern PD as the person behind my arrest is a very smart & an evil individual. The case is ongoing but because of Mr. Alak Shah & Mr. Dennis Lynch, I know it will eventually be dropped. They both are courteous, professional, detail-oriented & very considerate... one can find 1 or 2 of these qualities in a Law Firm but to have all 4 is exceptional. Though in an unfortunate circumstance, I consider myself lucky & in safe hands.

Hired Attorney J. David MacCartney Jr.

Mr. MacCartney provided legal counsel and advice on how to best resolve a tricky real estate matter that was exactly on point. He did so expeditiously and it was very pleasant interacting with him. He negotiated with the other party on my behalf in a particularly effective way and the issue was resolved to the satisfaction of both myself and the other party. His billing was fair and his charges were more than appropriate to his level of expertise. I intend to use his services in the future.

Dave is a top-notch attorney. He is a great salesman. He knows when to listen, and when to be assertive. Dave is always prepared. Dave has excellent communication skills, and a way of making the people he is dealing with feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dave to anybody looking for a great attorney.

I don't trust anonymous reviews. These lawyers are as shiftless as every other lawyer. In typical narcissist fashion they never call back. I am also experiencing being canceled out because I'm white European. I asked the secretary she said it's about demographics. Which means she knows this racist bias is going on in the courts. This is treason. It's also genocide. Now if Mr Nugent would like to be an honorable man and call me as I left my number with the secretaries and answer this question, "can you show me the law that makes me liable and responsible for the property tax"? We have an Orthodox Jewish organized crime problem up here and I understand that the bar association works in agency for these Orthodox Jews. Is this a true statement?
