Hired Attorney

Attorney Sergio Mendez was recommended to me by a friend to handle a particularly messy estate situation for me. From the start Mr. Mendez was upfront and honest about the time I should expect it to take (3 years or more), how to keep costs down and what steps I could take to make the process work better. He and his son Daniel helped me to prioritize and keep positive, kept me informed and did not waste my money or allow me to with needless phone calls or meetings, through the 3 and a half years it took to settle my mother's estate. In the end, we prevailed - and at a far lower cost then I had anticipated. More importantly, my mother's (and father's) wishes were respected as laid out in their will. I cannot thank them enough for their diligence, sage advice and legal knowledge and recommend them to anyone in need of great representation.
