Very unorganized. I had to contact them for status updates on a regular basis otherwise no progress was made on my case - they were very slow and forgot to perform simple tasks such as file the petition, serve papers, obtain documents etc. I had to contact the other attorney for signatures. They did not adhere to the contract that I signed.

Hired Attorney Russell Skousen

Unfortunately the experience with This law firm has been unprofessional, unresponsive, extra fees were added without my knowledge and consent, very hard to get a hold of, lack luster in all areas of my bankruptcy.
I would NOT recommend anyone to use this firm for any reason, it has been the worst experience, if bankruptcy weren't stressful enough to go through.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
