I had a hard case involving a contested work injury, and he was able to get it worked out. Very pleased with the result.

He is competent and reassuring. There are some unique aspects to our case and he understands and has been able to work with us.

He is very slow at getting things done I have to call him often to find out what is going on. then I find out that nothing is happening. He is hard to get a hold of. you never know what he is doing. He was very expensive for my Social Security claim.

Phil is a bit lackadaisical. He was looking for answers on Google in the court room, was not prepared and was not timely in his responses to my emails or calls. I do not feel that he fought for me and some of his advice to me was lazy and misinformed. Susan Fisher (Thomas Fisher)

Hired Attorney

He was not able to report the real points, he gave up to the judge because is the judge that feed him. Phill never call me back when I asked him where is the final letter from the LC. Then one day I receive a letter one year later that my case was lost. In one year I called phill to know what happened, nothing, I called the labour commission and they denied me every information because represented by Phill. Phill denied to get that letter on time. The three experts one toxicologist one doctor one brain juicer affirmed that driving uphill with tons in the trailer and driving flat without a trailer the amount of fuel Burned is exactly the same. And if you breath nitric oxide is good for testosterone. So every trucker now have to pay to drive a company truck as a sort of therapy for ED. Phill was not able to explain that, during covid all the hospitals, doctors etc closed for pandemia and the first doctor was available after 4 months that’s why my case was not rich in certificates.
