Hired Attorney

I've worked with Kathleen Bowman on a handful of real estate transactions. She always does an amazing job. I've recommended her to other people. Even down at the local title office, they are always happy when she's part of the deal. She's top tier in every way!

Hired Attorney

Ms. Bowman handled a family member's trust for over 2 decades. The trust was just dispersed and as a recipient I had two separate interactions with her. Each time I found her unhelpful, condescending and impatient. After this length of service she mispronounced the last name of the person who set up the trust and couldn't remember the name of the trustee in a voicemail she left me. Take a moment and review the information prior to calling someone back! She was quick to respond so I gave her fair marks for that, but I'd rather her be slow, kind and correct than basically rude and misinformed. Care enough to get names right. I would never recommend working with her, save yourself the frustration.
