She was highly knowledgeable, personable and thoughtful. She remembered all of the names that we mentioned, which showed she was really listening and not just going through the motions. After a wonderful conversation of a little over an hour, we asked how much we owed and were surprised to learn that she considered it a consultation, for which she does not charge. Given our situation, we likely don’t need to engage her, but if we ever do need estate services, we would absolutely use her. I highly recommend her!
