Steve does not do well in staying on task. Had to go over many, many, many times the timeline of events and he still did not grasp the crux of the whole case until we were almost at the end of the mediation step just before going to court for trial. We used him for a different case and had the same issue. We lost that case due to improper filing which could not be remedied due to deadline for filing - resubmitted was not allowable & even the judge commented that it was a good plaintiff case.
