You get what you pay for! For every dollar that I paid Hains Law Firm, I received 20 dollars 'more' back in the settlement. These folks work hard and this makes for higher legal expenses, but they earned it! I was given very good advice, received a fair settlement and did not spent even one minute in court!

We were very satisfied with the legal services we received with this firm. The communication was excellent, fee's were reasonable and the office staff was great about allowing reasonable payment plans. We have had great success with this office and wouldn't use anyone else.

I felt it was a poor job for the money
His fees are extremely expensive.
Do not hire this lawyer. He is not aggressive he has no strategies for you and his legal advice is not very good at all. I had to hire another attorney to finish my case after paying him over $5000 for a $10,000 case. however he is very good at billing a five minute phone call will cost you $100 a two sentence document that he reads will cost you $100 that I read in 30 seconds. he is way too timid and constantly asking me what he thinks we should do to proceed I thought that’s what I hired him for was to give me a strategy to end my case.
Needed communication and legal guidance. Did not have this.
They overcharged, raised the white flag immediately, complicit with delay by opposing party and court, went awol for 2 months, deserted just prior to the big trial leaving client with no attorney. OVERCHARGED: They charged almost $80,000 for the case which they didn’t see to the end. In fact it is still ongoing. They did less than half the case. Other lawyers in the area report that the average cost of a case like this is less than $10,000. They say the previous max was $40,000. They talked me into hiring two lawyers and that the charge would be the same as one. They repeatedly and regularly billed me for both their time. I had to explain things twice once to each of them (for which I would get charge both times). They charged me lawyer rates for secretary work. THEY PROMISED I WOULD GET REIMBURSED. I DID NOT. MADE Minimal attempts to win the case. Every time I would talk to them about strategy they would have no plan, even after the judge had shown he was not going ... over word limit
