After having a difficult time with my lender, Tom Walz was able to delay the bank foreclosure, allowing my home to be sold and prevent me from incurring additional expense and credit damage.
Mr Walz is an older gentlemen somewhere in his early 70's working part time supplementing his SS at $400.00 per hr reading my complaints about his delay tactics about settling my mothers estate to me a beneficary. Him along with his co trustee have taken well over a year now to settle this simple trust to their finical advantage. I would defiantly not recommend this person who in my opinion should be retired if they do not wish to appropriately want to perform their legal responsibilities.
