The result is a fine young lady, my daughter, who consistently made honor roll in school, married a fine young man and has given us three beautiful granddaughters, all well behaved and well taken care of.

Halpin deserves a 0. She is nothing short of incompetent in our case. Her communication is non-existent; she doesn't answer her e-mails and doesn't return calls. She is a limited guardian ad litem for a family member of which I am the legal guardian, and has only met her protected person twice, for only a few minutes. The second time she checked on her client was within an hour of having to testify in court about said client! Halpin has been unprofessional, ill-prepared, and non-communicative.
