Hired Attorney

Calhoun and his assistant sat on an important trust find document designed to provide for the client's children. Promised five times to return client's phone call asking for the status and never did. Calhoun's assistant, "Whitney" claimed Calhoun carried the document in his brief case for three months. Incompetent? Dishonest?
