Hired Attorney

Matthew lied and was never responsive to my questions. In fact he had ex parta communications in my case. He also attempted to force me into a plea deal. He was fired for just cause in opn court.

Mr. Katzenbach is absolutely atrocious. He did not explain or communicate a single thing with me. When I asked questions I was told "I'm the attorney, I know what I'm doing." "Who's the lawyer?" "Oh so you're an attorney?" He failed to inform me of a plea offer and then the prosecutor removed the plea offer due to him not responding to it. He failed to file motions to aid in my defense. Anyone that has hired him is doomed, at least if they have a criminal case. He only cares about himself and being paid. He doesn't even answer calls or respond to messages. I cannot understand how he is still a licensed attorney. I sincerely warn everyone to stay away from him.
