Hired Attorney

Emanuel is a terrible lawyer. If you’re recommended to Emanuel Mukendi, like I was, please run. I hired his firm to take care of my case in January of 2023. A year later, he requests I pay more fees after weeks of asking for the progress he has made on the case, to no response. When I finally told him, that I won’t pay unless if he tells me the progress he’s made on the case he’s been hired to work on, he requested that I find a new attorney. Here we are in March 2024, and the attorney that Kevin Crick recommended me to has chosen to withdraw from the case instead of doing his job and informing his client of the progress made in the case. I know that Emanuel Mukendi is not a part of Right Protection, but since Right Protection recommended me to him, I must leave a bad review knowing that you guys are in business together.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
