Hired Attorney Kenneth Podor

He has a new associate that was taking over for another atty. He failed to check out our case, the past work done, act on pending appeal in time, left us with no t t benefits, has a lazy attitude, and has even said to get a job, even though the doctor has not signed a release to return to work. He should be making i.m.e appointments, getting independent dr. reviews, and put more effort into his cases. The associate is doing a poor job at listening to and acting in his client's best interest.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
