Nicole is a young attorney who appears to ambitious, but she is not very knowledgeable about the law. She was very economical, but provided poor representation and has a confrontational style. She wasn't aware of the law and ended up costing me money while attempting to correct her mistakes. She also disappeared several times and had personal issues which affected her ability to represent me. I was hoping to have her as my go-to lawyer because of her low costs, but ultimately wasn't worth it.
Poor communication. Nicole comes off as very knowledgeable but lacks any urgency towards your case. Consistently tried to get in contact with her and was told by her and her “assistant” that she will call us back.
Nicole has a really rude attitude. I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with her on a phone consultation, in reference to child support enforcement. She wasn’t very willing to help. She kept telling me to reach out to the Child support office, which I explained I had done but apparently wasn’t getting anywhere, which is why I reached out to her. . She is very condescending . She responded to me as if me calling her was an annoyance . I got her information from a legal plan with my Job . As many attorneys as there are in Atlanta. I recommend spending your money with someone that has a better demeanor.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney who was referred by my legal service agency. Despite promising to have my contract ready within a few days, she failed to deliver. Personal circumstances aside, she should not have taken on my case if she couldn't handle it. I feel scammed out of my money. Communication was another major issue—she rarely answered calls and frequently promised to "look into the matter and call back," but those follow-ups never materialized. Despite assuring me of a refund, I never received one. I truly thought that I screened her well on our inital call and her quick email to send over supporting documents. I strongly urge caution when considering her for any legal services, free consultations, or professional hire. If you've had a similar experience, consider reporting the issue to the State Bar to seek proper resolution.
