Hired Attorney Lena Buck

Ms Buck took over my case after Nr Frank Buck had a massive stroke RIP. I believe she blamed me as he had a stroke the night before our trial. Mr Buck had worked hard on my case & prepared about 50 exhibits. Ms Buck brought none. She did NOT even bring my 6” file Mr Buck had prepared. She subpoenaed 2 witnesses- whom both said she never asked them the IMPORTANT questions they were there for. She had a folder with only one piece of paper- an illegible document ( she had the original in my file) & even sent the subpoena’s to the 2 witnesses for the WRONG TIME! She should retire or be disbarred!

Ms. Buck did not know my name, nor did she know what to say to the judge. I felt like I was the attorney but was not allowed to speak!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
