My experience with Stein is deeply concerning. Stein's involvement began via sister's boyfriend (3-month acquaintance from rehab). Sister has alcohol abuse history, lost child custody, limited work history My sister & boyfriend live rent-free in father's home. Both have multiple DWIs; my sister is on probation. Stein drafted new will disinheriting other children despite sister's issues. Alarmingly, Stein named sister's boyfriend (against whom father had restraining order) as healthcare proxy. Stein's conduct raises serious concerns about professional judgment/ethics. Actions not in father's best interest. Appointing the boyfriend as proxy is alarming. Using father's funds for sister/boyfriend's defense (given her limited income, DWIs, probation, rent-free living) raises ethical questions.
Guy is an absolute con artist. Will rob, rape and pillage to make a dollar. Beware!!! So glad I got away from him quick! This guy was telling me to forge signatures. Telling me how to rob my family members out of there inheritance when my father dies. Telling me tricks on how to not let any family members contact him. The list goes on and on. Thank god for the attorney general. Everything this guy is doing has been all recorded and reporded. And boy was the ADA appaled that he's gotten as far as he has so far without being charged with something. I'm sure that is soon to change very shortly. Goodluck and I hope robbing broke old men was worth the few dollars you got. Your going to need it. Trust me. Have hourssssssss of videos and audio of illegal stuff you and your friends are involved in lol. You picked the old man to rob and the wrong partners to trust lol.
