Mr. Stein's involvement began through my sister's boyfriend, whom she had known for only three months, having met him in rehab. My sister has a history of alcohol abuse, has lost custody of her children, and has a limited work history. Stein drafted a will to disinheriting other children despite sister's issues. He named the boyfriend (father had restraining order) as healthcare proxy. My sister is "draining" father's account. Father's funds pay Stein for sister/boyfriend's criminal defense. My sister told me that Stein asked her to find hidden money that my father may have. Attempting my eviction (18-yr home, believed to be mine). Stein said he drives by, contacted town, harassing me, attended bankruptcy case. Stein put sister on deed of my 18-yr home (intended for me). Sister claims Stein hates me yet has never met me. Father (3/2/25) said he told Stein no to the eviction,&feels ignored. Stein's conduct raises serious professional/ethical concerns. Not in father's best interest!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
