Terry never answers the phone or gets back with you. She doesn’t discuss the case with you . Her secretaries suck as well. When she does speak with you “right before the court hearing” She rushes you and doesn’t even know the details of the case. A HORRIBLE LAWYER YOUR BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF. She is terrible!!!!
Ms. Rose was appointed to me in Jan for a petty larceny of which I was innocent. The case was finally resolved yesterday. Terry was late making the judge and her two cases wait. She spent no time discussing my case with me, she was too rushed and frazzled. In all those months she never answered any of my numerous calls and never contacted me. Her assistant said she has a policy of not discussing anything over the phone. Wow how stupid! So how does one set up an appointment? Awful layer!
