Hired Attorney

In all fairness Marie Mobley was several months pregnant with her 1st child when I met her. As a result my case was postponed several times. I do not believe that it had any effect on my case as I pleaded guilty to a 1st and last DWI. Marie was diligent in working with the State Trooper who was involved resulting in the most minimal of penalties available. Marie is a good, solid attorney and her familiarity with the system and the people involved offers a higher percentage for a positive outcome

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
