I would definitely recommend John P. O'Hale as a defense attorney to anyone who needs an attorney with a good track record as well as lots of experience in criminal law.
Better known as Jack in our town, Mr. O'Hale is an outstanding attorney. He is straight up and honest with you. If he can get a resolution that fits for you he will let you know that. If he can't he will let you know that as well. The wonderful thing about Mr. O'Hale is that he rarely looses. And that is always a big plus in having an attorney.
I just found his responsiveness to be poor. It was very hard to speak with him when we had questions, however, the end result was satisfactory.
While Mr. O'Hale may have a good reputation for getting his clients off of the charges they are charged with, in my opinion, he is rude and his demeanor is very unprofessional. He seems quick to fly off the handle and at times seems out of control. Success is measured in many ways and others may benefit from his services if they are willing to put up with his treatment of them but he is not successful in my point of view.
He is rude and very hard to talk to. He doesn't listen to anything you have to say. He didn't know the facts of my case on our court date. He sent me a bill for bogus charges that I didn't owe. The DA had my charges dismissed. He tried to charge me for work that he didn't do. I will never seek legal assistance from him every again.
