Immigration Lawyer Drew Elesh has been a licensed attorney since 1996. In the late 1990s He gained experience in the Courts of Illinois in both criminal law and immigration matters as well as divorce cases.
Since 2000 he has practiced primarily as an immigration attorney. Attorney Elesh has mentored younger attorneys and paralegals. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) he is constantly up-to-date with the latest laws and regulations for the immigration court known as the EOIR or for filings with the immigration serivce known as USCIS.
A graduate of the University of Michigan and having attended Northwestern University as an undergraduate he focused on the international issues which relate to immigration cases such As the politics and culture of foreign countries.
In 1996 he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law. He meets clients either at the office at 5225 Old Orchard Rd Suite #28 Skokie, Illinois 60077 or via Zoom or Skype.
He uses the latest technology to offer easy billing via Zelle Quick pay or other online payment methods or via credit card. He assists both employers and employees with the immigration process for work visas, work permits, and permanent residency and ultimately U.S. Citizenship.
Mr. Elesh enjoys visiting Japan every year and spending time with his family and 4 year old black labrador named Koko.
