About Ben Schneider

Ben Schneider prides himself on forging strong personal connections with each client, ensuring that every case receives the individual attention and thorough legal analysis it deserves. As a principal Probate and Trust Administration attorney at Schneider & Stone, he handles everything from simple to complex probate and trust cases. Ben earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School and furthered his studies through post‐graduate programs in Israel and New York. During law school he was named first alternate to the U.S. Debate Team. Ben also holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where he captured multiple state and national honors in public speaking, including National Champion in Persuasive Speaking, and was published in the Interstate Oratorical Association’s journal Great Speeches in 2002 and 2003. Ben is currently involved with the National Speech and Debate Association and volunteers as head coach of the Ida Crown Jewish Academy speech and debate team and sits on the executive board of the Citron Online District.

Hired Attorney Ben Schneider

Let me start by saying that Ben Schneider does not operate a bankruptcy mill, like those guys you see on late night television. He helped my family and me through a complex situation, which had it all - disability, credit cards, foreclosure, loss of job, and the IRS. Ben worked to understand our situation, go over the options, and help us through the process. I give Ben the highest recommendation.

We had a case that wasn't a simple-n-done bankruptcy, but Schneider and Stone proved not only to be ineffective, but also deceitful. As such, I recommend you stay as far away from this law firm as possible.{para}Ben was caught in multiple legal proceedings he was unaware of, continued to charge and rope us along even while he later admitted he wasn't confident of winning the case, and finally misrepresented previously clear expectations to rationalize his own faults.
