He took advantage of the stress of me being a sudden widow. He did not inform me of his billable hourly rate at the initial interview and I didn't have the mindset to ask. This was a simple probate process with very little assets to transfer to me. The simple probate took almost 4 months. He charged me almost $4000. I had to sell our wedding rings to pay the bill. I have spoken to other people who are not happy with this attorney. Stay away from him.
