Hired Attorney

As defendant in an interstate custody suit, Mr Marx was listed a provider of unbundled services on a list I obtained from the Self-Help Legal Services of Alaska. He drew up interrogs. for me and provided info on filing briefs to the court, but offered very little follow through. At hearing, he and the plaintiff's atty had a verbal blow up and he walked out. I had to settle the case on my own w/o representation. The bills were huge, considering the work done. No probono, despite listing.
