Worst lawyer ever. Do not try to use this guy. I say try because he will not return calls or emails and if you continue to try to contact him for updates he will intentionally not work on your paperwork. Hired him to be a mediator for an amicable divorce and he couldn’t do the simple task of drawing up paperwork. Finally had to fire him after 11 months to hire someone who completed the paperwork in 3 weeks.
I have known Chris for two and one half years, and counted him as a personal friend, but I have tried to get him to respond to a personal concern for more than four months with no success. I don't know what's happening with him, but this is not the responsive and responsible Chris that I met more than two and one half years ago! He won't answer his cell phopersonally, and has'nt responded to my voice mails, or my LinkedIn messages. Sadly, I will have to look elsewhere!
He does not answer phone calls, he's not very communicative, he does very little work for the money he's being paid. He recommended I take my divorce decree for what I was being offered saying it was a great deal, and I got totally screwed. Give excuses about being sick all the time, and will not take action with the other party involved to get things moving. Worst lawyer ever.
Chris will not return phone calls or e-mails. He will take your money and avoid working on your case at any cost. He has also been fired at Swier Law for not doing his job.
