Hired Attorney Tim Bottaro

The system may be broken but not Mr. Bottaro's system! I just graduated college getting a diploma in Med Coding. What most do not know, me included, is some fields will drain you financially, mentally and physically before you see a positive for the hard work. I was in a car accident to which I was not at fault. Since I had to drop to strict liability and that only helps if you are at fault and compensates other and legally driving when financially can't get more insurance. I now have a damaged car, and no compensation nor affordable legal advice due to I followed the law and there were no injuries.Public defenders office straight out told me since 'I am not being sued, we can't help you.' Prior his call, I wanted to give up thinking 'law abiding' is a crock, I got a call with FANTASTIC advice and consult! Thank you Mr. Borraro for giving me faith again in 'doing the right thing!' Only one who saw me as a human not an ATM, plus amazing consult/advice!One of the good guys!

Working with Deborah was a great experience! She handled a child support modification for me. I had to bring Deborah in late in the game as my prior attorney was no longer in private practice but her firm never contacted me. I contacted Deborah and she jumped right in! She spoke with me on the phone at length on our first phone call and gave me some very valuable information. This is before I even signed on as a client. I was very impressed by this. I found Deb to very knowledgeable in the subject matter as well as very detail oriented. While these are very important in a good attorney she is also a shrewd negotiator and a true Advocate for her client. Most importantly I found Deb to be a genuine person. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.
