Extremely thorough and extremely well prepared. The smartest choice I could've ever made.
She's determined alright. Determined to get herself sued along side her clients. She fabricates stories. Makes stuff up out of no where. Then laughs all the way to the bank as she takes your savings and any money you saved up for your Childs future. All gone. She takes it. laughs and leaves you out to dry. You will be subject to a lawsuit if you have anything to do with this woman. She will lie to you, misguide you, and commit perjury in your name. I've never experienced anything as bad as this "person". She's barely a human. The devil walking in human skin
Elizabeth is a very shady unethical attorney. Diluting the truth or perverting the truth is her specialty. after loosing on all fronts of my divorce she made the statement "there must have been closed door communication with the judge". One year later I read in the Des Moines register that indeed closed door communication had taken place... She was being reprimanded by the judge presiding over my case for partaking in unethical acts with judges. The unethical acts resulted in depositions that pointed to a lot of unethical business between multiple judges and multiple attorneys. I called Elizabeth to talk to her after the Des Moines register article and she never did return the phone call.
