His paralegal was awful. She made mistakes I had to bring her attention to so she could fix them. She also did not confirm with the mortgage company that the funds would be wired so we were sitting at the closing table with no money! Had to wait 2 hours for the bank to come through.
I bought a cabin in Laurens from Kenny Hollingsworth. You can read his review on their website. Richard Moore and his staff were so unbelievably rude. They started the conversation by informing me they did not close mobile homes. They were laughing and talking about the closing at the desk right in front of us.I said it is a cabin at Lake Greenwood. They said out loud between themselves it is more trouble than it is worth. I asked to speak with Richard Moore.I told him about their behavior and immediately told him I did not need their services and chose another firm for my closing. I have had several closings with my personal and rental properties and have never been treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner. Don't hire this firm!
