Hired Attorney

This atty. won't answer ANY calls; countless calls & messages unreturned. ONE time EVER, she called me back— & had the nerve to use that call to simply lie: she kept trying to get ahold of me, but my voicemail on my cell phone wasn't working? Absurd lie to tell a client, as my voicemail not only works, it's never full. She didn't bring up my case/upcoming court ONCE on that phone call. This woman seemed incompetent from our 1st meeting, & has proven it's worse than that- She is utterly inept. She is unqualified to practice law in NV- or anywhere. She is obviously in over her head, as a public defender for multiple high-volume counties. She barely defended my Misdemeanor. Can't communicate with a client?? She's like a figment of my imagination. We've shared one in-person meeting @ my arraignment, & the aforementioned returned phone call. By being M.I.A., 100% absent + never reachable, she's ruined not only my life, but it's affected the lives of my entire family. Shameful & disgraceful!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
